Sorry for the OT, but is anyone else getting a whole bunch of these?
I'm getting a few claiming that my post was already distributed
[various replies to the post-increment thread]. Of course I did not
actually send those messages twice. Just wondering if there is some
list bug, or strange occurrence in gmail servers that it did, under
the hood, send my replies twice ...

A: Because it messes up the order in which people normally read text.
Q: Why is it such a bad thing?
A: Top-posting.
Q: What is the most annoying thing on usenet and in e-mail?

Me too. I just got the same message. but am ignoring it, since I got an echo
of my own message shortly after I sent it.
